It All Begins Here
a training co-lead
by Charlène & RADA
We met years ago, quite randomly, at a Café in Zurich. I had just arrived from Berlin and I was asking strangers for yoga studio recommendations. There I met Rada, she mentioned Yoga in a Bag — and we bonded.
Fast forward to 2026: we are both teaching at Yoga in a Bag in Albisrieden. Somewhere along the way, Dive into Stillness began to take shape.
Together, we bring a shared focus on Yin Yoga, embodied practice, and the integration of sound as a supportive layer for presence and nervous system awareness.
Our approach is grounded, accessible, and intuitive, with an emphasis on clarity, safety, and depth over performance or complexity.
Your investment: CHF 1’250
